Please read carefully the bulletin which explains how the stats will be printed from now on and how the attached membership forms are to be used. VERY IMPORTANT that the new forms are used to update data, reinstate, transfer, etc.
Please note that there are two changes to the Educational Fund By-Laws. The most important change is the fact that the Former Military Members can now apply for three years (3) but they MUST be an Paid for Life Member and Belong to a Veteran Chapter. Hence, we need the Veteran Chapters to be aware of the changes as you will most likely be the ones to receive these requests. Please inform the former troopers when they request the application for themselves, that only the new form will be accepted starting this year. If you have any questions that the By-laws do not answer, please contact Fund Treasurer Allen Schoppe (his number is at the top of the letterhead).
